Presently, do you exercise on a regular basis? If yes, describe the exercise routine:yes a practice basketball and also in ocacions in go to ran.
How many days per week do you exercise?well ,on Monday,Wednesday,Friday and some times Sunday.
How many minutes each day? i practice one hour and a half at one day .
What exercises do you most enjoy?well i love atletismo,basket,but i really like all.
What exercises do you least enjoy?i dont like football.
Do you watch TV/ play video games or stay on the computer for more than two hours per day?am, i dont like to be that time but i have to be in the computer because my homeworks.

How would you describe your daily nutritional habits? Unhealthy? Erratic? Healthy?i think that i have a healthy nutricion because i eat most of food that are like(menestras,race,water,juice,chiken,etc).
How often do you eat fruit and vegetables?well i like a lot vegetables and fruit and i eat in the week 6 days.
How often do you eat at fast food restaurants?i dont eat to often that food because i dont like to eat a lot of "grasa".

high blood pressure? well my grandmother.

Weight (obesity) problems? my father have diabetes

We need to be in shape and healthy because its good for our body ,also we have to do excersises in the mornig because we have more energy.
We shudnt smoke because if you do it ,you are doing harm to you and your lungs ,and to other people that are next to you.
Helathy food:
-vegetables
-meat
-fruit
Helthy ,food will help you be a healthy phealthyperson in the future .
If you drink alcohol,wel you can but once a week.
If you drink coca cola its ok once a week like fast food.
If you drink juice ,water you are doing very well.
People with diabetes :
tehy need also goof eating habits like:vegetables and meat.If they need sugar they need a special sugar like splenda,sugafor.Also they regulate they glucosamine with a pills ,they know how they are because of the accu-check.
My opinion :
Well its goog for us and also we can be in shape that is excelent well i like the idea i hopr every body do it!!!!!
